4 WEEKENDS**Each weekend consists of 12 hours of class time primarily devoted to demonstrations and supervised practice along with yoga and meditation to cultivate body awareness and healing qualities of loving kindness and compassion. About the Instructor: Chris Gordon, CMT, RTT, Registered as an approved instructor with THAI (Thai Healing Alliance International). Chris is registered as an E-RYT 500 Teacher and is a nationally certified massage therapist and has been teaching Thai Massage and leading workshops for the past ten years. He has taken two extensive trips to Thailand and has over 1000 additional hours of training and coursework. Chris is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education approved provider.

Big River Yoga is a local, independently owned yoga studio in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis.  Our mission is to awaken the consciousness of people to realize our interconnection.  We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners, continuing and advanced students. We also offer monthly restorative yoga, Thai massage classes and a variety of workshops with visiting instructors.  Massage therapy complements our yoga offerings and we specialize in Thai Massage.  Our RTT (Registered Thai Therapist) and instructor, Chris Gordon, leads Thai massage trainings.
