In this workshop Beneji offers you tools that will help you Improve, Engage and Direct your relationship with Anger, sense of disconnect, conflicting emotions and emotional reactivity.
We will use a combination of Kundalini Yoga kriyas, specific meditations to deal with the emotion of Anger, storytelling, role-play and journaling, to work on some of your disempowering beliefs and meet the spiritual warrior who lives within.
Beneji (Mukhandjeet Kaur) reminds everyone who crosses her path to have an unbreakable relationship with their soul. She works with men & women in transition, organizing workshops where participants can reconnect with their ‘Sacred-Self’ and cultivate a state of wonder.
