In this seminar you will learn to develop the right mindset, confident body language, verbal self-defense skills, physical preparedness and practical self-protection strategies in a fun and cooperative environment.
Women's Empowerment Seminars are open to those who identify as women, age 13 & up. Participants ages 13-17 must attend with an adult. Limit one seminar per person. Be advised - adult content will be discussed. No previous Krav Maga experience or training necessary to participate. Dress in comfortable clothes for a workout. You can participate in a much or as little as you feel comfortable.
