Ski instructor training course (Level 1)
Details
Train to become a qualified ski instructor
If you have ever thought about becoming a ski instructor or wondered how to gain the certifications needed for a ski instructor job, Snow Trainers deliver everything you need. Spend 4 weeks in Colorado, USA and train for internationally recognised qualifications while skiing Colorado’s famous deep dry powder.
An amazing winter experience
Snow Trainers want to make sure you have a fun, rewarding and memorable experience on our courses which is why we chose Copper mountain for our USA course. With an average snowfall of 282 in / 710 cm, 22 lifts and 2,450 acres/985 hectares of terrain to play on you are sure to have an amazing time. And Snow Trainers students also have access to the employee cafeteria to buy discounted lunches, saving you money and making you really feel like one of the team at Copper.
Right by Copper Mountain is the one-of-a-kind indoor freestyle training facility – Woodward. We give you the option of an add-on pass so you can practice your moves on a trampoline and into a foam pit before you try it in the park. Once you get back on the mountain they have air-bag jumps in the park so you can make sure you have everything 100% perfected before you take it to a proper snow landing.

USA’s best ski trainers
Snow Trainers coaches are Trainers and Examiners for the PSIA-RM, not just high level ski instructors. Who else would you want to be trained by other than the actual coaches who run the exams and decide who makes the grade? Your trainers have many years of experience both instructing and training students to become instructors. They still work for Copper Ski & Ride School so they know what you need for the exams and also what's required in the real world of ski instructing. Another bonus of being with Copper instructors is that you will get VIP treatment at the lifts - no long queues for you!
