The Word for Efficiency class concentrates on the most common topics that we see in NYC businesses using on a daily basis. Not only will you learn the practical topics of everyday use, but this class will also prepare you to become an official Microsoft Word Specialist. When you are finished with this class you will be able to reduce hours of repetitious tasks, send mass emails, letters and labels from your Outlook contacts, Excel databases and other databases, eliminate page numbering bulleting problems, and easily track changes from multiple people and documents. This class is perfect to those who have been exposed to Word but always feel like they could be doing things faster or more efficiently. This course is especially useful for people that use Word often, especially in the legal, real-estate or office environment.

The Word Specialist class is also designed to follow the official Microsoft Topic guide to passing the Word Specialists Certiport Exam. You will learn how to create and use Tables, Lists, Building Blocks, Images, Formatting and Complex Numbering Sections. We have the highest pass rate of any Word Specialist Training in NYC.
