As a licensed cosmetologist, you will function as a trusted professional, drawing upon your artistic talents. Each day you will be transforming not simply a person’s outward physical appearance, but also their personal confidence and overall well-being. Using your creativity and expression, you will develop newfound skills while receiving individual attention from our experienced cosmetology school instructors. You will be provided with an intensive focus upon preparation to successfully pass your state board licensure examination upon graduation.
As a student at Boca Beauty Academy, you will learn current hair, skin, makeup and nail care techniques. Beauty is a constantly evolving industry, which is why we've created our program to be progressive by applying the latest cutting edge techniques and applications. Our Cosmetology courses feature colorful demonstrations, insightful lectures and student involvement that allow you to continue to refine your skills. During this program, you will service actual clients in a professional salon setting to simulate the real world working environment. Our students will work with world class products from such industry leaders as Matrix, MAC, and OPI.
We strongly encourage our students to participate in charity events, tradeshows, Industry events, hair and makeup shows. We feel community involvement will keep you inspired, while student presentations and contests will showcase your blossoming skills with a competitive edge!
