Regan Career Institute offers nurse assistant training. Upon satisfactory completion of the course, each graduate will receive a certificate of eligibility for the State Competency Test through the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) / American Red Cross. This exam will test both your book knowledge and practical skills learned during training. All nurse assistant students must pass this state certification exam before they can become certified nursing assistants.
The training course can take five weeks or 10 weeks depending on the program you choose. RCI'S nurse assistant program offers competent training with value-oriented and cost-effective pricing. It is also possible to qualify for financial payment options to help shoulder the financial burden.

Some clinics will hire untrained and inexperienced workers and provide on-the-job training, but these opportunities may be hard to find. RCI offers training within medical facilities as part of our unique clinical program. Becoming a CNA is often seen as a stepping stone to becoming an RN or LVN. This natural transition in this medical profession often results in many job openings in entry-level positions.

RCI provides its students with the training necessary to successfully pursue careers in Allied healthcare professions. Courses are offered from the Certification/Diploma level up to Degree level. Our faculty and teaching staff are highly trained and experienced medical professionals. Each educator is California State and/or Nationally Certified in the courses they teach. We offer courses and training programs in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Electrocardiography, Nursing Assisting, RN-to-BSN, and many others. The classroom training sessions are presented in a lively, interesting format combining the knowledge-filled lecture with the active hands-on experience.
However, learning does not end upon graduation. Skills learned in the classroom and practiced during your externship are refined on the job. As your experience through RCI provided externships and in-the-field training increases, so will your confidence in your skills. RCI also offers various Continuing Education Courses to further develop and maintain your knowledge, skills, and experience level.
