Complete an initial FourSight Innovation Workshop and apply your learning in a hands-on session. This facilitated session uses your FourSight results to fast-track you through the FourSight four-stage innovation process.
Imagine moving quickly from problem or opportunity identification through brainstorming, refining and implementing your solutions. You can achieve this and more in one facilitated fast-track session
We will use your FourSight Team Report to get a clear sense of your team's strengths and innovation watch out's.
We will begin by focusing on the goal or challenge that you currently face.
The workshop uses the new Innovation Station Workbook, and quickly moves from clarifying an opportunity to brainstorming approaches. Refining ideas to developing an implementation plan.
Workshop Key Learning's and Outcomes:
Team members will review their FourSight Team Report.
The team will learn about and understand the four-step FourSight Innovation process that drives results.
Through skilled facilitation, the team will move a real project through the innovation process to achieve breakthrough results, as well as skills for use on future projects.
