This course aims to enhance course participants' ability to articulate and examine ethical issues surrounding responses to public health/healthcare challenges whether routine or during catastrophe. Discussions will be based on presentations and assigned
readings for the class, and with an expectation that students will incorporate their own diverse views and approaches to moral and logistical challenges.
