OVERVIEW
HR's role is based on mission and strategy in an organization. This webinar will discuss the basics roles of the HR that they need to perform as a part of everyday duty. In the latter half, progressive discipline and why you might not want it, discussing seven steps to effective corrective action, twelve parts of disciplinary documentation will be our part of the conversation.
