The Arkansas Tech University ASBTDC presents “SBA 8(a) Roundtable” from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on August 31 at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. SBA’s 8(a) business development program is designed to help businesses who are at least 51% owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individual and run the day-to-day operations take advantage of federal contracts through this certification program. Qualified businesses are encouraged to attend this informal discussion led by a representative from the US Small Business Administration. There is no charge to attend. Registration is required no later than August 30.
