1.  SpeedyCourse Site and Services

The SpeedyCourse Site allows people to search and register for training courses, classes, or learning events (collectively, “Course/s”). The Site also allows training providers, whether individual or organization, learning institutions, review and tutorial centers, and other organizations that provide training courses and learning events (“Provider/s”) to register for a SpeedyCourse account, post their Courses in the Site directories, facilitate online enrollment, and accept online payment for their Courses.

The Site also allows individuals to register and create their own account to navigate and enroll online on Courses they wish to take (“Learner/s”). They may directly interact with the Providers using this Site pertaining to Courses and other related needs.

2.  Information We Collect and How We Use Them

2.1  Provider

When you register an account with us and become a Registered User, we collect your name, company name, location (limited to country), and email address and require you to create a password (your “Provider Information”). We use this information to identify and administer your account. We need your email address in order to send you updates and notifications about your account, the Site, and our services.

As a Registered User, if you want to use the Services of this Site, you will be asked to fill out your public profile page (your “Profile”) with your address, telephone number, company logo, and other information about you and your business. Any information that you voluntarily disclose in your Profile and other public pages, such as Course pages in the Site Directories (your “Postings”), become publicly available on the Site and therefore available and accessible to any internet user. You should exercise caution when disclosing any personal or proprietary information in these and any other public venues.

To use additional Site services such as Online Enrollment or other paid Site services, we may also collect additional information about your business, including banking information, for verification and remittance purposes. Payment Information will be shared to a 3rd party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store any of the credit card or payment information (except for your bank account for remittance purposes), which you provide to these payment processors.

2.2  Learner

When you register an account with us and become a Registered User, we collect your name, location (limited to country), and email address and require you to create a password.

When you register for a Course on the Site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and contact number in order to process your transaction, notify you of your transaction status, and send you important updates about your registration.

If you want to use our Enrollment Services, we will also collect and you voluntarily agree to provide us Payment Information, such as credit card details and billing information. The information collected will be shared to our 3rd party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store any of the credit card or payment information that you provide to these payment processors.

All information gathered from you shall be collectively called the “Learner Information”, save for credit card details.

The Site also offers a private message feature that allows users to connect and communicate with the Provider of a Course, who may request your information in this medium. Please exercise good judgement when sharing information with others. You are responsible for the information that you choose to share with the Provider in this medium and outside the Site.

When you enroll in a Course on the Site, the Provider of the Course may also use a registration form to collect additional information from you such as your name, email address, contact number, date of birth, gender, company or employment information, and other information about you or your business. This information is stored securely in our servers but is owned, managed, used, disclosed, and protected by Providers who collect them according to their own privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. does not control or manage this information, and we use it only to the extent permitted in our agreement with the Providers in order to provide necessary Site services such as generation of registration records and reports.

2.3  Site Visitors

When you use our Contact form to send us a message, we will collect your name and email address in order to address your concerns.

2.4  Provider / Learner / Site Visitors

If you login to or share content from the Site using a third party service like Google, Yahoo, or social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, we will receive information about you from the third party service such as your name and email address. The information we will receive will depend on their policies and your own account settings with the third party service.

We will also collect information about your computer and activities on the site such as your IP address, location (limited to country and time zone), the type of device you use to access the Site, your browser information, pages you view, your referral sources, and information from “cookies” and similar technologies.
