SAP Accounts Payable

When a company receives goods and services in advance on credit. The vendor's invoice will be recorded by the company in Accounts Payable in its liability account. Accounts Payable is general ledger account which is updated by vendor's transactions (Sub ledger).

This training will teach you Accounts Payable. You will learn how to create vendor master data, edit and delete, post vendor invoice, outgoing payment manually, partial payment, residual item and cash discount taken. You will learn full down payment process. In automatic payment program you will learn parameter, edit proposal list, block invoices for a vendor and run payment program.
