Master Life Coach includes 8 weeks of training in the art of Life/Spiritual Mentoring and principles from Life Coaching in order to prepare the students to Coach a Client using Dr. Margaret McCraw's Harmonic Matching Process four-step Model as a foundation. You will coach your client addressing relationships, health, career/ prosperity and creating a life vision/life plan to achieve their goals.

Duration of Master Life Coach Certification course is 12 weeks. Students will receieve Certification Diploma once ALL course elements are satisfied and the Final Exam is completed.

Outline

Over a period of 12 weeks students will be provided a detailed syllabi that will be used as a guide as they progress through each element of the course. In order to obtain a Master Life Coach Certification ALL course elements must be satisfied and ALL Tests and Exams must be completed.

Life/Spiritual Mentor (4 weeks)

Session/Week 1 Objectives:

Define three cognitive behavioral approaches to enhance self-empowerment and intentional living. Define at least three roadblocks to self-empowerment. Recognize the role of emotions in regard to intentional living.

Session/Week 2 Objectives:
Identify how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs impact our consciousness. Identify three thought patterns that inhibit relationships. Recognize three ways to align your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs to harmonize and co-create with others.

Session/Week 3 Objectives:
Define healing from a holistic perspective. Identify at least three essentials (Cognitive Approaches) to support alignment of mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Identify at least two steps to enhance well-being. Identify one way in which individuals become emotionally unbalanced.

Session/Week 4 Objectives:
Identify two reasons to create a consciousness of abundance. Define fear in terms of desire and belief. Identify at least four tools that will enhance appropriate risk-taking behavior.

Life Coach (4 weeks)
Practicum and Application


Session/Week 5 Objectives:
Identify at least four questions that may be addressed in the assessment process. Utilize a cognitive reframing tool to transcend barriers in relationships. Apply a four step model to assist clients in achieving relationship goals.

Session/Week 6 Objectives:
Identify at least four questions that may be addressed in assessing health related concerns. Utilize cognitive reframing as a tool to align thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in a desirable direction to address a health related concern. Apply a four step model to support clients in achieving health related goals.

Session/Week 7 Objectives:
Identify at least four questions that may be addressed in assessing career and/or financial concerns. Utilize cognitive reframing as a tool to align thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in a desirable direction to address career and/or financial concerns. Apply a four step model to support clients in achieving career and/or financial related goals.

Session/Week 8 Objectives:
Identify at least four roles and responsibilities of a helping professional who is coaching individuals to create a fulfilling life. Use at least two cognitive behavioral tools with your coaching partner to align thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in a desirable direction to support them in integrating their desires. Apply BHLD's Harmonic Matching Process four-step model to support your coaching partner in achieving their life goals.

Master Life Coach Certification

Session/Week 9 Objectives:
Identify at least three questions that may be addressed in the screening process to determine if the client is ready for coaching. Apply the Harmonic Matching four-step process to guide one client in achieving relationships goals. Use at least two cognitive reframing tools to help client achieve a relationship goal.

Session/Week 10 Objectives:
Identify at least three questions that may be addressed in the screening process to determine if the client is ready for coaching. Apply the Harmonic Matching four step process to guide one client in achieving his/her heath goals. Use at least two cognitive reframing tools to help a client achieve a health related goal.

Session/Week 11 Objectives:
Identify at least three questions that may be addressed in the screening process to determine if the client is ready for coaching. Apply the Harmonic Matching four-step process to guide one client in achieving his/her career/prosperity goals. Use at least two cognitive reframing tools to help a client achieve a career goal.

Session/Week 12 Objectives:
Identify at least one possible conflict of interest between the coach and the client. Use at least two cognitive behavioral tools with your client to align thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in a desirable direction to support him/her in creating a life plan. Apply BHLD’s Harmonic Matching four-step process to support your client in aligning personal and professional goals.
