The Gong Practitioner Training is a Seventh Chakra Yoga Certification Program. This 17-hour intensive will give participants the in-depth knowledge, practical skills and deeply intuitive tools they need to become a Specialist Gong Practitioners.
 
Course
This is a complete course in playing the Gong, from beginning to advanced playing techniques. No prior gong experience is required. We will meet you where you are. Experienced gong players will learn to teach others how to play the gong, as well as refine their own playing techniques.

We will explore basic and intermediate mallet strokes, fundamental gong playing sequences, the Gong's effect on Energy bodies and Chakras, as well as how to construct gong playing sessions for individuals and groups. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gong player, you will learn techniques to take your gong playing to the next level.

Assessment
* Supervised practical evaluations during the course in which the participants give a gong therapy treatment to another student
* A 2.5 hour group gong bath during Session 3 to practice synchronized Gong/Singing bowl playing.

Certification
All participants who satisfactorily complete the 3 day course attendance, course work and practitioner assessments will be presented an official Seventh Chakra Yoga “Specialist Gong Practitioner" Certificate.
