the proper way to handcuff to prevent injury to the detained person to limit the officers and departments liability and exposure. Additionally with this class being advanced, the student will learn ways that handcuffs can be used not only as a method of detention
but as a self defense weapon, compliance tool, and also go into restraint positions, firing while securing a handcuffed person, and various self defense strategies. This class is taught by law enforcement SWAT Operators and Security Contractors.
