RCI provides its students with the training necessary to successfully pursue careers in Allied healthcare professions. Courses are offered from the Certification/Diploma level up to Degree level. Our faculty and teaching staff are highly trained and experienced medical professionals. Each educator is California State and/or Nationally Certified in the courses they teach. We offer courses and training programs in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Electrocardiography, Nursing Assisting, RN-to-BSN, and many others. The classroom training sessions are presented in a lively, interesting format combining the knowledge-filled lecture with the active hands-on experience.

However, learning does not end upon graduation. Skills learned in the classroom and practiced during your externship are refined on the job. As your experience through RCI provided externships and in-the-field training increases, so will your confidence in your skills. RCI also offers various Continuing Education Courses to further develop and maintain your knowledge, skills, and experience level.

3 IN 1 COURSE BUNDLE FOR MEDICAL ASSISTING + PHLEBOTOMY + ECG/EKG

Unique to RCI students only is our 3-In-1 course bundle option. This bundle combines your Medical Assistant Certificate with a Phlebotomy and EKG Certificate. 3 certificates for the price of 1. This is our most popular course as it prepares each graduating student with a broad skillset.

PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN

In only 80hrs you can become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician. This program provides education for individuals seeking a career in the laboratory as a California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I). This is a customized accelerated program.

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY TECHNICIAN

Electrocardiography (ECG/EKG) provides valuable information to the cardiologist about the electrical activity in the heart. The EKG is a highly specialized and technical tool for assessing cardiac function and diagnosing cardiac disease and is a valuable addition to advancing your medical career.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

A certified nursing assistant (CNA) helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Also known as a Nursing Assistant (NA) a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) or a State Tested Nurse Aid (STNA), the individual who carries this title needs a strong work ethic and ability, but issues of liability and legality prevent CNAs from performing certain procedures.

RN TO BSN PROGRAM

This is a new accredited, innovative, and flexible program that allows you to earn your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) via the bridge RN to BSN course. That means we help current registered nurses (RNs) graduate with a BSN degree via a combined online and on-campus course. We have found that this format allows for maximum flexibility, yet incorporates the needed structure our students have asked for with in-person didactic and clinical training hours.
